Warranty Registration

We Provide 30 Days Return/Refund and 3 Years Limited Warranty, Including a 1 Year NEW Replacement warranty for our plasma cutters and welder machines(consumables are not included).

• This warranty will only be applicable to damaged machines with genuine Lotos Technology consumables. If you have used a consumable(s) not belonging to Lotos, which caused your machine to break, the warranty would be non-applicable.
• For any Limited Warranty claim, a valid Proof of Purchase from our Authorized Dealers and a Valid US Shipping Address are required.
• Warranty valid in the US only and for the orders from our authorized dealers. We do not have any authorized dealers outside the US. We cannot cover warranty outside the US(e.g, Canada, Mexico)
