Return and Repair Policy

Refurbished products are repaired, cleaned and restored to a like-new state. They are verified to work properly and include all parts and accessories (original or comparable substitutes). Return Policy for Refurbished Products - All refurbished products qualify for Lotos' 30-day return policy.

Warranty

Warranty for Refurbished Products - All refurbished products qualify for limited 60-day warranty for parts and labor from the date of the invoice. No extended warranty should apply for refurbished products.
