High Demand for Welders throughout the United States

There is an obvious trend going on throughout the United States of America in which welders are in high demand for jobs throughout different states. 

Schools are spending more money on welding departments in the United States, a considerable budget is being allocated to growing these educational skills. More and more awareness and focus is being driven to the welding industry and also the need for welding and manufacturing jobs. There are many welding jobs opening up throughout the nation with many opportunities opening up for the American Manufacturing & Fabrication worker.

MINNESOTA'S DEMAND FOR WELDING JOBS

"Middle-skill jobs, which require more than a high school degree but not a bachelor’s degree, are a critical part of the state and national economy. According to a National Skills Coalition analysis, just over half of all job openings between 2012 and 2022 will be for middle-skill jobs." - News Link

VIRGINIA CAREER FAIR SHOWS MANUFACTURING GOING STRONG

"More than a dozen area manufacturers came together for the first Manufacturing Career Fair, held at the Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center. They were looking to fill about 100 open positions...'There are manufacturers that are hiring and that are growing,' said Stephanie Surrett, executive director of the Southwest Virginia Advanced Manufacturing Center of Excellence." - News Link

WISCONSIN FVTC COLLEGE INVESTED $1.7 MILLION FOR WELDING DEPARTMENT

"Fox Valley Tech has forged strong ties with local businesses and industry, which has mutual benefits. Employers work with the tech on curriculum and equipment to make sure instructors are teaching to industry standards...Muza Metal Products has hired several Fox Valley Tech graduates, send its employees to seminars at the college and helps workers who want to go back to school for additional certifications, said John Kriz, president of the Oshkosh-based company."
