Lotos Tech. provides One (1) year warranty on all machines purchased from www.uwelding.com. The warranty starts from the date of purchase.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. We arrange shipping only through our own shipping account.
Here is the detailed procedure:
1. Customer should notify us of any machine failure. (We will do technical support through emails or phone calls.)
2. If the machine must be shipped for repairs, we will calculate shipping and insurance charges for the machine return and we will invoice customer. If the machine is DOA and customer reports the issue within 10 days from the date of purchase, we will pay two ways shipping, if the machine is not DOA and fails within first month from the date of purchase, customer will pay one way shipping and we will pay other way shipping. After 30 days, customer shall pay both way shipping.
3. Customer will receive RAN (Return Authorization Number) after the payment is clear.
4. Customer must ship the machine back with RAN number on the box and provide us the tracking number.
5. We will inspect and repair the machine and return it to the customer.
Note: We do our best to pack the machine to avoid shipping damage. However, some shipping damage is out of our control due to rough UPS shipping. If your machine arrives as DOA (Dead On Arrival), we will pay the return shipping fee (but you must email us of DOA within 3 days after you receive your machine).
Additional Benefits of Warranty
(1) We do provide repair service for our machines after 1 year warranty however, customer shall pay the cost for replacement circuit board and repair labor fee. (20 dollars per hour and usually takes about 1 to 3 hours).
(2) If you purchased a similar plasma cutter or tig welder from other merchants who do not honor their warranty, please feel free to contact us, we will be more than happy to help repair your machine. (Recently we received many of these requests).

- 40A plasma Cutter: $150;
- 50A plasma cutter: $170.
- 60A plasma Cutter: $250
- 40A plasma/Tig/stick welder combo unit: $250
- 50A plasma/Tig/stick welder combo: $300
