Inverter Technology from Lotos Technology
Since 2000 Lotos introduced inverter technology in welding and cutting machines. Lotos' latest high frequency inverter technology utilizes V-MOSFETs along with PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to deliver a far more constant, concentrated and precise current to the cutting surface. This technology has been substantially reduced in size and weight of Inverter Plasma Cutters. It helps you to easily achieve smooth, clean cuts of wide range of surfaces and material (e.g. stainless steel, alloy steel, brass, aluminum and other conductive material) with minimal heat input and without distortion of metal. Our plasma cutters are designed especially for those DIY (do-it-yourself) users, while fully accommodating the demands of professional operators.
In 2005, Lotos introduced IGBT technology in welding and cutting machines, IGBT is more for industry heavy duty cutting and welding. It is a more robust technology than mosfet. Currently we carry 8 different models of IGBT products. LTP5000, LTP5000D, LTP7000, LTP8000, LTPDC2000, LTPDC2000D, LTPAC2500 and LTAC2000.
One (1) year Warranty on Parts and Labor from Lotos Inc.
Lotos Inc. provides One (1) year warranty on machine repair or replacement. Customer shall be only responsible for shipping fees. After 1 year, Lotos will provide repair service, but will charge some labor fee and replacement circuit board fee.
